“How do I find my BlackBerry PIN?”

Each BlackBerry smartphone has unique identification number assigned to itself. This number is a 8 digit hexadecimal number like “3D044B57″. On a BlackBerry Curve go to Options, then go to Status. You’re PIN will be the fourth item down on the list.

“Why do I need to activate JBBCalc?”

I am using this type of authentication to safeguard my application from piracy. This software is try before you buy, so you have ample ability to test it out before you’re sure you want to buy it. Countless software programs use activation to safeguard them.

“I don’t like your program, can I have my money back?”

JBBCalc is try before you buy software. You are able to use the program a certain number of times before you must purchase it. You should be able to make your decision on whether you want to purchase it or not based on trying it out. I’m sorry, but I can’t give refunds at this point.

“I can’t log in to PayPal to purchase the program from my phone”

If you are using the BlackBerry Browser I noticed that the button to purchase the program redirects you to a mobile paypal site, not the page where you can actually purchase it. A solution to this problem is to go into the BlackBerry Browser options. Go to “Browser Configuration” and set “Emulation Mode” to Microsoft IE. This solved the problem for me.
